This course is designed for first line supervisors. Participants will receive training vital to effective leadership, including ethics, communication, leadership styles. Critical thinking and problem solving. This course also covers employee evaluation, counseling, administrative processes and use of force concepts. All courses are designed to provide them the law and how it pretains to each course.
